A very interesting and exotic aged coffee, Malabar is the highest-bodied and lowest-acidity coffee. Its character is earthy with complex, musty overtones. It is aged (or monsooned) to emulate the climatic changes that occurred during shipping around the Horn of Africa prior to the 19th century.
