Ethiopian Moka "Stag"
Ethiopia is the birthplace of the coffee plant. Its coffee is one of the most unique in the world. The cup has an exotic, wild acidity, is very complex and earthy.
Tanzania Peaberry
"Peaberry" refers to the round shape of the bean, about 3% of the harvest is graded as such. This coffee is grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro near the Kenya border, and has some of the same characteristics as Kenya coffee. The cup has full body, delicate acidity and a smooth winey flavor.
Yemen Mocha Sanani
Although located on the continent of Asia, the characteristics of Yemen coffee are more comparable to its African neighbors'. Coffee was first cultivated in Yemen in the 15th century. In contrast to its Ethiopian sibling, its flavor possesses a stimulating acidity with very heavy body. Yemen Mocha Sanani is at the same time smooth yet intense.
Kenya AA
Regarded as the most popular African coffee,Kenya AA is grown on the sides of mountains such as Mt. Kenya at an elevation of 4,200 to 6,800 feet. Grown on small estates, the AA signifies the best grade from Kenya. Kenya has full body, delicate acidity and smooth winey flavor.
